This 3 days training is made for bartenders seeking for new ways of creating and presenting cocktails to their customers-
The training is held by Laurent GRECO, renowned world wide for its creativity around cocktails.
The classes are in english / french

Accomodation :
There is 3 hotels close to our school – we can help you to book a room –
Every room is at Paris rate, around 90 euros / night

Hours :
Trainings from 10 am to 1 pm – 2pm to 5. 30 pm
Lunch is included in the training cost

Equipment :
All the products and equipments will be provided by the school- bring your camera

The training cost is 850 euros
Lunches are included in the price
The payment have to be done to the accounting services of the school on day 1 , by bank swift or cash.
A 50 % deposit charge can be asked by the school accounting on booking.

Fruit garnishing for cocktails

DAY 2
The Vintage cocktail concept-
Working with fire
Spectacular cocktails
Working with cold (dry ice, liquid nitrogen)
Option : Evening time, visit of the MOJITO LAB concept bar in Paris

DAY 3
Create a concept bar
How does it work
The eat and drink cocktail concept
Working with new equipments and technologies in the bar

AT THE END OF THE TRAINING
Each person will receive materials (DVD, liflets recipes…) and a LIQUID CHEF PARIS certificate.
